Proposal Templates and Decks

While each proposal should be tailored to the specific needs of your prospective client, this collection of templates should help you get started. Proposal templates for every standard package you could sell are included here along with directions for customization.

How to use: Download the keynote linked in the title and follow the directions for customizing to fit your metro. 1. DoXYZ Opportunities (PDF)

This deck can be used to start conversations with just about any client - it includes all of the types of opportunities you have to offer and opens the conversation up to determine what the client actually wants. Note there is no pricing, this is a conversation starter. Things to customize:

    One big thing to note -- this is a recap for a program that has EVERYTHING: an experience, a content piece, and the media around it. If you didn't have an experience, delete that slide and the stats on the summary slide about the attendees. If you didn't have content, delete that slide and the stats on the summary slide about page views. Etc, etc -- customize to match the program you're reporting on.

    There are a good amount of things to know // remember // customize when doing a recap -- outlined them below:
    • First 2 Slides + Last 2 Slides
      • Change background photo to a photo relevant to the client / campaign. Was it a Jack Daniel's branded event (like the photos in the template)? Use photos from the event showcasing the Jack activations. Was it a media campaign for Red Bull Flugtag? Use official RB photos from the event (etc)
      • Drop your logo in + the client logo and / or name where needed
    • The slides that AREN'T the first 2 or last 2
      • Use a different photo than the ones above as the background of the top portion -- this is a jack deck, don't forget to change these out or your clients will see JD highlighted at the top of each recap slide
    • ALMOST ALL THE SLIDES
      • Make sure to change "Client" to your client
      • Make sure to change "DoXXX" to your metro
      • Don't forget to add client logo where necessary
    • Second Slide
      • This is a recap slide - generally summarize what the program was // what you did for the client
    • Second Slide + Second to Last Slide 
      • Tier analytics from biggest # to smallest #
    • SCREENSHOTS
      • You may have more or less than what's in the template -- it's okay to have a lot, but we prefer to include 2-4 screenshots, then list out the links. 
        • With email, hyperlink the dates to the email associated (the public share link)
        • With social, list under the stats "FACEBOOK POST / FACEBOOK POST / FACEBOOK POST / TWITTER POST / INSTAGRAM POST / etc and hyperlink to include all of them)

    14.  Recap One-Sheet - Deck Style Keynote (PDF) + Doc Style 

    One-sheets are great when you just need to check-in with a client or are doing a small program that doesn't require a full deck style recap (like a one-off Featured Event campaign.)
    • Deck Style:
      • Download the Keynote
      • Change out DoStuff logo for your metro's logo
      • Change out the Campaign Title + add in the dates for the campaign duration
      • Pick most relevant screenshot (what was most important to the client? Email? Social? Age-Gates?)
      • Add in all stats + links to all pieces of media involved
    • Doc Style:
      • MAKE A COPY OF THE DOC - DO NOT EDIT THIS LINK
      • Add Client Name + Campaign Name
      • Change out dates
      • Add a summary of what you did - ex: "DoXYZ worked with CLIENT to promote EVENT / FESTIVAL / ETC. using a combination of display advertising, social media, daily email features, and contesting."
      • Add all stats and links relevant to campaign
